What is the difference between VCMD meal plans and other meal plans?

Our meal planning is driven by Human Nutrition and Culinary experts - NOT by data points or computer algorithms. Weekly plans are thoughtfully curated by Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and culinary professionals to meet the guidelines for select nutrition prescriptions.

How often will I receive a new meal plan?

Every week, you'll receive a NEW plan that includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.

Who creates the recipes in the meal plans?

Registered Dietitians and culinary professionals create most of the recipes and you can add your own.

Can you make changes to your personalized meal plan?

YES! The digital meal planning platform will allow you to customize the plan with easy-to-use tools. The number of portions and ingredients can be altered on each recipe and the nutrition facts and grocery list will automatically update.

Is nutrition analysis available for recipes?

YES! Every recipe entered into a meal plan goes through the USDA database for nutritional analysis. The results of the analyzed data generates a plan by recipe, meal, day and week. If the plan is edited, the nutrition facts are recalculated.

What does the digital meal planner package consist of

Your digital meal planner will be personalized to your health goals. You'll have access to thousands of customizable recipes sa well as the nutrition information and grocery list.
